In This time I will bring a summary of information our project FreeZone here. It’s the first Free Crypto Economic Zone for Blockchain business in the world. We aim to make it totally comfortable and easy. All the companies taht will operate in FreeZone, will have the full infrastructure and will be able to operate legally.

We know that Cryptocurrency is very popular nowadays. The first cryptocurrency was bitcoin, bitcoin was found in 2009. At that time, there is only few peoples that know about bitcoin. But look at now, bitcoin is known by almost all of peoples in this world. Not only bitcoin, we know about ethereum and other cryptocurrencies too.

A Blockchain is a decentralised, public ledger of transactions also known as a distributed ledger. Transactions between encrypted accounts are verified within a network of nodes (computers) on the internet.

Now there is no area in the world where Blockchain and Crypto projects can operate like any other business. We think it’s important to create a special zone with absolutely favorable conditions and all the services needed for those businesses. We took care of all the needs of business, and will first build the infrastructure to ensure companies comfort and legal functioning all the way through.

What is FreeZone ?

FreeZone is a new ecosystem for blockchain business, that is Free economic zones created primarily for blockchain-based businesses and cryptocurrency operations, which are exempt from income tax and tax on cryptocurrency transactions.

It has a financial infrastructure consisting of five businesses, the infrastructure of five major companies: the universal trading platform (UTP), payment systems, banks, investment banks, and marketing agencies, all of which will work with both cryptocurrency and fiat.

A blockchain community. Part of FreeZone’s own profits will be allocated to developing programs for this community with libertarian ideals. We plan to provide services for free or at cost, including:

FreeZone Token Details

Do you know, The total amount of the tokens to be issued is 1 billion. 500 millionn tokens it will be sold during the ICO, whilst 200 million. tokens are to be held by FreeZone Corp. and will be used to support the ecosystem, bounty-program, and project promotion, as well as for the secondary placement. 300 million.

Tokens will be gradually transferred into the possession of the project’s founders. The first 100 million tokens will become their property 12 months after the ICO. Subsequently, 18, 24, 30 and 36 months after the ICO is finished, 50 million tokens for each 6 month period will be transferred into their possession.

ICO Bonus

The bonus coefficient for early registration is 1.05. This bonus is guaranteed for customers, who register for private accounts and provide the necessary personal data before the ICO start date and while early registration is open.

The final bonus coefficient for customers is calculated by multiplying together all the bonus coefficients, that the customers have.

Use of Proceeds

The token price is defined and published on the FreeZone website on the day the tokens are distributed. The price is defined according to the following algorithm:

Payments are calculated based on the Ethereum conversion rate on the date of payment, multiplied by the final bonus coefficients;
These numbers are rounded to the nearest whole;
The result is the final amount received in Ethereum, taking the bonuses into account.

This total is divided by 500 million tokens, and the resulting number is the basic token price in Ethereum. The amount of tokens, received by the customer, is calculated as the amount of money paid, recalculated in Ethereum, multiplied by the final bonus coefficient and divided by the basic token price.

This final number is rounded to the closest whole based on standard mathematical principles.The final amount tokens sold may differ slightly from the amount of 500 million due to this rounding discrepancy.

Bounty Campaign

For promotion of the project there is a bounty program. It is arranged on an individual basis with those ready and able to help promote the project. FreeZone bounty campaign will be explained in details below. Total allocation for the bounty is 1% of total token supply sold. This means that if all 500,000,000 tokens are sold — 5,000,000 will be distributed amongst bounty participants. With the initial price of 0.2 USD, it means that the value of the bounty prize pool could be stunning 1,000,000 USD.
